It is not as hard to fall on as tiles. It is easier to clean and you can throw a rug on anytime and change it with another as your whims please.
The one I had has about 7 or 9 layers. it had a scratch resistant layer, in my years of use, with moving furniture and everything, not one noticeable scratch. It had also a fire resistant layer. Below there are anti humidity and anti fungus layers. you can also extend some cables underneath or next to the wall hidden. Now you can really have a clean looking surround system.
I strongly recommend it. I live now in an apartment with tiles and carpets, I really miss parquet, especially in this cold.Redbelthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07338152724455215900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11875120.post-78246421424866101472008-01-16T09:10:00.000+03:002008-01-16T09:10:00.000+03:00Thansk Eyad, GOS. They scratch easy an additional worry when you little kids and if you nee dto move furniture. Plus polishing and etc. I would go with tiles, something a little darker than the one in our house. Ours is so light that you can see everything on it. Also supervise the installers, the installers messed up in some areas in our home and it showed.Gardens of Sandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09626677130676229027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11875120.post-38450477238457576802008-01-15T17:16:00.000+03:002008-01-15T17:16:00.000+03:00parquet from what I know doesnt last in Bahrain, t...parquet from what I know doesnt last in Bahrain, think Humidety, thats what I've been told by those who call them self experts.

Good luck.Eyadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14383804792563831848noreply@blogger.com
